MEEA 2013 Solid State Lighting Solutions for Utility Programs Workshop RECAP

The Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (MEEA) and the University of Missouri Lighting Research Center co-presented Solid State Lighting Solutions for Utility Programs on Wednesday, January 16, 2013. With nearly 70 attendees , the workshop was attended by utility representatives, lighting manufacturers, program implementers and energy efficiency evaluators.

MEEA also briefed attendees on the Midwest LEDers Network which will connect utility program administrators, planners, manufacturers and implementers throughout the region to leverage resources, engage in strategic planning and coordinate program efforts on advanced lighting. The Midwest LEDers Network will serve as the source for information on SSL, providing important benefits to strengthen utility programs and promote program uptake.
